Welcome to a space where ancient wisdom meets the sacred art of stillness. As a meditation guide rooted in Tibetan practices and breath-centered awareness, I offer transformative sessions designed to align your mind, body, and spirit. These offerings invite you to deepen your connection with yourself, access inner calm, and awaken the healer within. Each meditation is shared with intention, compassion, and reverence—supporting your journey toward balance, emotional clarity, and soulful embodiment.

Guided Breathwork Meditation

This foundational practice offers a gentle yet powerful path back to center. In just 21 mindful breaths, you’ll be guided to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and return to the wisdom of your body. Perfect for those feeling anxious, disconnected, or overwhelmed, this breathwork meditation activates your parasympathetic nervous system, calms mental chatter, and cultivates deep presence.

It’s a simple tool to carry into daily life that helps with grounding and emotional regulation and increasing clarity and awareness. 

Weekly Dharma Practice: Tibetan Five Element Meditation

Gather in sacred circle each week for a living Dharma practice rooted in the Tibetan Five Elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space. Guided by teachings from the Kagyü lineage, these sessions offer a space to reflect, embody, and align with the elemental forces within and around you.

Each month, we focus on one element, exploring its qualities through meditation, visualization, and breathwork—cultivating balance, insight, and a deeper connection to the natural world.

This practice invites you into communion with nature’s rhythms, energetic harmony, emotional clarity, and the support of a like-hearted sangha (community) committed to shared spiritual growth.

Offered exclusively to current clients at no additional cost, this is a sacred space to deepen your journey and stay connected between sessions.

Private Sessions: Foundations of Tantra Through Meditation

If you already have a meditation or spiritual practice and feel called to deepen your experience with Tantra, this is your invitation to expand with presence, intention, and support.

Our one-on-one meditation immersion is designed for practitioners ready to go beyond the basics—starting with an exploratory call to align intentions and clarify your path. From there, we move through a thoughtfully curated series of sessions that strengthen embodied awareness, refine energetic sensitivity, and prepare the ground for more advanced tantric work rooted in the Tibetan Five Elements.

This is a space to deepen your devotion, awaken subtle energies, and meet yourself in a new dimension of presence.

This 6-session private package includes:

  • Guided Tibetan Five Element Meditations – one element per session to help you connect with the forces of nature within and around you.

  • The Pleasure Journal™ – a powerful tool for awareness, reflection, and cultivating mindful pleasure in daily life.

  • Practice Integration – support and somatic guidance to help weave what you experience in session into your everyday life.

This offering is rooted in compassion, safety, and spiritual sovereignty. It’s for those ready to slow down, listen inward, and begin cultivating deeper connection—within themselves, and eventually, with others.

Private sessions begin with an exploratory call to ensure we’re aligned. From there, your 6-session package will include guided Tibetan Five Element meditations, use of the Pleasure Journal™, and somatic integration practices. Each session is personalized to your energy and intention.

The Tibetan Five Elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space—represent the building blocks of nature and consciousness. In meditation, we explore these energies within ourselves to restore balance, cultivate insight, and deepen our connection to the world around us.

The Pleasure Journal™ is a unique guided journal designed to help you explore your body, emotions, and sensual awareness with curiosity and compassion. It’s a tool for reflection and integration between sessions.

Tantra is often misunderstood as purely sexual. In truth, it’s a vast spiritual tradition that includes meditation, energy work, breath, and embodiment. While Tantra honors pleasure and intimacy, our foundation sessions focus on self-awareness, healing, and energetic presence, which is necessary as a foundation of your path to deeper practice – inclusive of sexual practice.

My approach is non-denominational and inclusive. These practices are designed to support healing and growth while supporting your spiritual or religious background.
